Antipasti Board
This board highlights Italian flavors. Items ont he baord include:
Meats: Speck, Calabrese, and sopressata
Cheese: Marinated mozzarella balls, plain mozzarella balls, Havarti, and Gruyére
Accompaniments: Roasted garlic bulbs, Marcona almonds, roasted red peppers, pepperoncini, and dried apricots.
This board was served with focaccia, plain water crackers, and sesame crackers.
